About our insulation contractor company in San Angelo
How I got into insulation
I grew up crawling through attics with my dad, and he's the one who taught me insulation. I started J&M San Angelo Insulation Services here in 2013, and I still come out to look at every job and write the estimate myself. Most homeowners call about a room upstairs that won't cool off, a power bill that keeps climbing or an old attic that's flat and tired. Business owners call about shops and metal buildings, and we see plenty of both around San Angelo.
What I care about most is doing the work in the right order, because new insulation laid over a leak or a hidden problem just covers it up. I'd rather talk you out of a job than sell you one your house doesn't need. You can see the work we do on our home page, or get in touch and I'll come take a look.

What working with us is like
A straight answer on what your house needs
I look at your attic myself and tell you plainly what I'd do and what I'd skip. That way you only pay for work that actually makes a difference in how the house feels.
Gaps sealed before anything new goes in
We check what's already up there and do the air sealing, which means closing the gaps around lights, pipes and the hatch, before new insulation goes down so it isn't fighting a draft. If we find something that isn't ours to fix, we stop, tell you plainly and tell you what kind of help to call.
Foam day planned with you ahead of time
On spray foam jobs we sit down with you before install day and work out where you'll stay and your re-entry time, the point when it's okay to come back inside. Nobody gets caught off guard, including the kids and the pets.
Our license, insurance and permits
Serving San Angelo Since 2013
Licensed and fully insured
Licensed and fully insured. Our own crew does the install, and on each job we check with the city's Building Permits & Inspections office and take care of any permit it calls for, so you don't have to chase it.
