Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

J&M San Angelo Insulation Services, insulationsanangelo.com, team@insulationsanangelo.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of our website and any work J&M San Angelo Insulation Services does at your home or business. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us. Any written estimate or agreement we sign with you for a specific job also applies, and where it differs from these terms, that written estimate wins for that job.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in San Angelo, TX. Our work includes attic, wall, crawl space and blown-in insulation, spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers and removing old insulation. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

What you read on this site is general information about insulation. It isn't advice for your particular house until we've been up in your attic or under your floor and seen what's there.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates, and there's no pressure to book. Your price depends on what we find, such as the size of the space, how many inches are already up there and what shape they're in, whether old material has to come out first, how easy the space is to get into, and which material you choose.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. It's based on what we can see during our visit, so if we open things up and find something hidden, like soaked insulation, droppings or damaged framing, we'll stop and talk with you before doing any extra work. We won't charge for added work you haven't approved.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a start date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material deliveries or problems on an earlier job can move that date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know.

On the day of the job, please give our crew clear access to the attic, crawl space or other work area, and keep children and pets away from it. For spray foam jobs, we'll tell you how long to stay out of the house and when it's safe to come back, based on the foam maker's instructions, and you agree to follow that time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us or use the contact page as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or started the work, you may owe for those costs as stated on your written estimate.

Payment

Payment is due as written on your estimate or invoice, and that document also lists the payment methods we accept. If a payment is late or doesn't go through, we may pause any unfinished work until it's settled.

If an invoice stays unpaid, we may use any remedy Texas law allows to collect it, which can include a lien on the property where we did the work.

Our work and warranties

J&M San Angelo Insulation Services is licensed and fully insured, and our work is satisfaction guaranteed. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come back, look at it and make it right.

Insulation, foam and barrier products carry warranties from the companies that make them, not from us. We'll pass along any product warranty information we receive, and claims under those warranties go to the maker.

Apart from what's written in these terms or in your signed estimate, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent Texas law allows. We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific room temperature, because those depend on your heating and cooling system, windows, roof and how you use the house.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Texas law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost use of your home, lost income or higher utility costs. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for problems that were in your house before we arrived, such as roof leaks, old wiring, pests, mold or framing damage. If we spot one of these while we're working, we'll point it out so you can decide what to do.

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors.

Using this website

Settling disagreements

If you're unhappy with anything, call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we talk and, where it helps, come back out to look.

If we can't settle it together, either of us may take the matter to a court with jurisdiction in or serving San Angelo, Texas. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue directly before going to court.

Governing law

These terms, and any job we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the current one. The terms in place when you sign your estimate are the ones that apply to that job.
